Automatic Fire Fighting Equipment Protects Mykolaivtsement

BK Company, LLC finished fitting of new huge object with fire protection systems. At Mykolaivcement, OJSC the BK Company put in commission system, which consists of following elements:

- automatic facility of low-pressure gas extinguishing in terms of usage of insulated CO2 tanks (capacity – 3,2 t and 5,0 t) for protection of coal preparation technological equipment – mill, separator, bag filters, and silo towers;

- fire alarm and fire suppression control systems in coal-grinding department buildings of reloading/unloading centres, conveyor galleries, etc.;

- indoor fire fighting water conduit (inside hoses pipeline);

- water deluge protection (drencher curtains in conveyor galleries);

- outdoor fire fighting water conduit within the territory of enterprise more than 2 km in length.
